Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Corda Health ("the App"), developed by Mats Lycken ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Corda Health is an AI-powered fitness training and nutrition tracking application. The App provides personalized workout planning, exercise tracking, nutrition logging, meal planning, and an Apple Watch companion app. Features are powered by artificial intelligence through Google Gemini.

2. Account & Authentication

You sign in to the App using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the App, including workout logs, food logs, body metrics, and dietary preferences. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's features. 4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate workout plans, exercise recommendations, recipes, meal plans, and coaching advice. This content is provided as general suggestions only and does not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional fitness advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program or making significant dietary changes. You use AI-generated content entirely at your own risk.

5. Apple HealthKit

If you grant the App access to Apple HealthKit, your health data (such as workout sessions, heart rate, and active energy) is used solely to provide features within the App. HealthKit data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing purposes. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or services

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, logos, and content (excluding user-generated data), is the intellectual property of Mats Lycken. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The App is not a substitute for professional medical, fitness, or nutritional advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified professional with any questions regarding your health or a medical condition.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at hello@corda-health.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
